Stellare Casino - general discussion (page 3)

Hi everyone, I have a win of 3k euros and the stellar casino keeps telling me that I have to verify my documents to be able to withdraw the winnings. It wants the exact residence via current account extracts, mortgages, bills, etc., but is it right? I don't have these things. I only have poste pay and nothing in my name. It seems like a scam to me so as not to pay, what can I do?

Hi. No need to worry at all. It is a normal KYC procedure, and you need to provide all the documents requested to pass the verification.

Do you have any kind of bill on your name? Electricity, mobile, etc. Anything should do; just ask the support and they will assist you.

Read my complaint....be careful because they scammed me...they didn't pay me 1400 euros...I don't know how long you've been playing on this platform but at the beginning they make you win then you lose everything...if you have any questions I'm available
