Hello. I have deleted the picture just for safety reasons. Please beware of posting these kind of pictures online 🙏.

I have sent so many. Thry accepted my kiwibank one finally after about 25 times. But won't accept the bnz .

BNZ NZ do not accept international payments so its not relevant. They have all.my bank statements my phone ,rates and power accounts. My drivers licence. They just keep saying it's not verified always another excuse.

So at least now the payment method is clarified. Have you tried to ask the support about all these documents, as Radka suggested in her post above, perhaps? Just to be sure what is wrong with those you have already sent them, it may be in wrong format for example, so it is always better to ask the support about it. Could you try that, please?

Trying to withdraw in spincity is a big headache

Hello. Yeah, your experience was not good either, right? Is your account still closed at this casino? You can still write about the experience in your review, if you are interested. Just do so easily on this link 👈.

I still can't withdraw. I have sent so much stuff its a huge worry about my identity. We even transfered our money from these accounts in fear of how much information they have asked for. Yesterday thry asked for selfies with my bank statements which show the payments to their site. They asked for my bank card statement showing my credit card number which is crazy as no bank sends statements with your full number on the statement.

Ready to give it up as not worth risks to my identity for a few grand

I think these are pretty standard documents that the casino asks for. As far as the card is concerned, most of the time there are some numbers covered up. But those previous documents were already accepted by the casino ?

Also how long has this whole process of account verification been going on, please?

It's been 2 months.

I have provided drivers license, power bill, rates bill, phone bill, proof of bank accounts for both visas j used to deposit , 25 selfies holding each card, including photos taken professionally I paid for, bank statements, photos of the cards, bank statements again with the actual deposit showing to their site. I am still waiting to be verified. N z Bnz bank doesn't allow international payments to visa from overseas only visa payments to their site and I have asked them to not bother with the bnz card but because I can't withdraw to that anyhow . But no they still want it verify it

I can see that this process has been going on for quite a long time, so in this case I would recommend that you file a complaint with us.

If you are interested just click on this link. I will also add a guide that might be useful to know what you can expect.

Reason I recommend this is because we give casinos 14 days to sort out everything they need to and verify and then pay the player. But since in your case it's been quite a long time, you could probably use some help and we'll see where our team gets to.

However, since you said you verified multiple cards, isn't it possible to withdraw to another card that accepts payments from overseas ? Or are all the cards from the same bank ?
