BNZ NZ do not accept international payments so its not relevant. They have all.my bank statements my phone ,rates and power accounts. My drivers licence. They just keep saying it's not verified always another excuse.
So at least now the payment method is clarified. Have you tried to ask the support about all these documents, as Radka suggested in her post above, perhaps? Just to be sure what is wrong with those you have already sent them, it may be in wrong format for example, so it is always better to ask the support about it. Could you try that, please?

I still can't withdraw. I have sent so much stuff its a huge worry about my identity. We even transfered our money from these accounts in fear of how much information they have asked for. Yesterday thry asked for selfies with my bank statements which show the payments to their site. They asked for my bank card statement showing my credit card number which is crazy as no bank sends statements with your full number on the statement.

I think these are pretty standard documents that the casino asks for. As far as the card is concerned, most of the time there are some numbers covered up. But those previous documents were already accepted by the casino ?

I have provided drivers license, power bill,rates bill,phone bill,proof of bank accounts for both visas j used to deposit , 25 selfies holding each card,including photos taken professionally I paid for, bank statements,photos of the cards,bank statements again with the actual deposit showing to their site. I am still waiting to be verified. N z Bnz bank doesn't allow international payments to visa from overseas only visa payments to their site and I have asked them to not bother with the bnz card but because I can't withdraw to that anyhow . But no they still want it verify it

And every time I send the document, I wait 48 hours for them to check it, and that's why I was nagging them because at 48 hours at the last second, they send the amount every time. I can wait for them for two days every time. And now they're nagging me about it because I've been in a bad mood and they don't want to approve me for eight to 10 days, probably. I understand how tiring this must feel! Waiting so long and sending one document after another can really test anyone’s patience. From what you describe, it seems the casino started a new verification process because your ID card was recently changed, and that’s usually when they’re required to confirm both your identity and address again.
Casinos are often very strict about what kind of documents they can accept as proof of address. Many of them don’t accept Revolut or iCard statements, because these are fully digital banks and sometimes the address on the file isn’t considered "official" enough. They also often reject documents that don’t show a postal code or don’t have a visible signature or stamp, and that could explain why the document from the Ministry wasn’t approved either. Just my guess.
Would you happen to know what kind of document the casino would accept? Sometimes they can tell you exactly what format or source they need. For example, a utility bill, a printed and stamped bank statement, or a document issued by a government office. That would help avoid another 48-hour waiting round.
