As far as I recall, the usual documents are not an option since you do not pay for services.
Do you perhaps have life insurance? I guess the address should be there too. I mean, can you come up with anything aside from documents you already tried, of course?
I don't have one but it's not normal for me considering I've played and withdrawn before... Being a new player is ok and I already have a rating on the site and they're getting into something that's complete nonsense for me, I have an address on my personal document, what more do they want and not only there, these are methods just to spin people and not pay out the winnings, because most would play the money, I've been wondering for 2 weeks what to send because I don't have time to stand and think about something that's supposedly a pleasure... this is an attempt not to pay because that's the practice of all such sites... it was for security... 48 hours for payment 4 hundredths for a deposit... I perfectly understand your viewpoint. But I think the casino's security check is due to some red flags, so it's not the usual one-time verification. I expect a reason for the security check, but it is normal for the player to simply cooperate without an explanation. I agree that these experiences have been quite distressing.

Please help me to check with Spin City for my withdrawal verification. They had rejected my documents again just after 48 hours pass. Their reason was a I sent a damaged documents, they're requesting for a new proof of payment. This withdrawal was won by $190 paysafe deposit method, not from my bank, but there's asking for my bank statement nstead of a paysafe transaction and anyway I sent all, both bank statements and Paysafe proof payment method. Their system never allows any of my documer uploaded through, it's denied everytin try to upload, and that's the only way I can, sendy verification documents. So back and forward 48 hours after 48 hours, I iust don't know what to do.
Now $36k cash credit won with clear wagering bonus is sitting untouched, $30k withdrawal is sitting pending with no movement or update.
I think they just don't want to verify me, because now it's 17 days, they're still asking me to provide proof of payment method, which I sent all legit and guenue documentation. And support agent keep asking me to upload the documents through the verification page system, knowing that the system automatic verification page blocked me from upload anything.
Now they don't wanting to accept me on live chat, and I have been begging, polite, patient. Nothing is moving forward or clearify what the reason and how to pass the verification review.
Please anyone experience the same problem who would be able to help, huge appreciate.
Hello, we can look at it together of course. I think the most important thing is rejected documents, they were rejected because of some damage that I don't understand completely, but I would focus on what happens when you try to upload a new one.
For example, it is important to make sure all documents are in a supported and correct format. That is usually explained in the terms in the KYC section of the casino. From what I understand you are in contact with the support, did somebody tell you how big and what format the documents need to be? I don't think it's worth trying to upload something at random. I would try to get concrete instructions from the support and then upload the docs exactly as required, following all necessities.
The chat operator might not know if the page really allows uploading documents, so I'd take a screenshot of the upload failure and send it straight to support.
That's what I would try. However, I understand that you've been around this problem for a long time, so it would be beneficial if you describe what you've tried so far; maybe we will find a solution.

No I don't mind at all, please do. What is it do you want me to start with. Do you want me to send you all documents I sent to Spin City Support team or upload and got rejected. And no they do not tell me what size, file type or even instructions. I deposited $190 through Paysafe app as a deposit method, all proof of transaction and record history, an individual of $190 deposit receipt with all details was also sent, stating with my full name, address, and Paysafe account number and an email from Paysafe confirming account holder. Even though I didn't even deposited the funds from my bank account, but I still did sent my latest bank statement as required. And all this was done since the day I made a withdrawal of $30k, which the 25/04/2026, since then my payment method verification rejected after very 48 hours, over and over again. Now I'm stuck done even know what they're actually asking for. Please if you need me to send anything to help solve this, I would definitely co-operating with you. Because I've been enjoying online casino over 10 years, infact this is the first it's happened to me.

Hello, I think it's great that you prefer to let my colleagues help and those documents or possibly screenshots and emails will surely be very handy.
I would say there is no need for, let's say, further waiting; I would submit the complaint through the request-filling form as soon as possible.
