I won €3400 at Sol Casino on Friday and then verified my account. That actually happened very quickly. Then I contacted customer service and they assured me that my winnings had been transferred. Today is Monday in the transaction list the payout is still the same. I write to customer service and they tell me that there was an error and that the money will either be credited, transferred to my player account or to my card. I am very disappointed with the site. Yesterday I won €48,000 and was really looking forward to my win. Now it is not paid out and is apparently being checked again. Here I found a post that sometimes players wait 31 days for their winnings. It's a shame, I'm very, very disappointed.

You absolutely don't have to wait that long. If you're a fighter like me i'll advise you to take the approach i took in my situation. Simply report them to cybercrime investigators Forexfraudteam/Gmail/com and what the tables turn.

So, now you're talking about 78 hours. I no longer expect that I will get my winnings. I think they are looking for a reason not to pay me my winnings. But I won't give in and if I have to, I'll sue her.

I would strongly suggest patience in this situation of yours, if I may. I can understand, that it is not easy, and that you want your money which you've won, but it is quite usual, actually, that the casinos provide an additional checks when it comes to bigger amount. As Veronika has also said in your complaint, they even have that stated in their rules. Let's wait how your case will unfold, and hopefully our team will be able to get it solved quickly.
