That's perfectly normal. This casino is only out to make you wait a long time and give up hope for a positive payout. Stay away from SNATCH CASINO; their customer support is a disaster and doesn't respond to any inquiries. I've now deactivated my account there because I'm extremely dissatisfied. I'll also be giving the casino a negative review on all portals so I can have peace of mind and clearly warn others about this provider. STAY AWAY!

I received it after 18 days with a public complaint and I never played in that casino again.
