I can see that it has been going on for a long time, I wouldn't want to wait for that either. Once it was an investigation with the game provider, now I read that it is verification. I don't know if I should laugh or cry anymore.
I hope you won't have to wait much longer.
It's simply disgusting what this shitty rip-off casino does to its customers.
Shady scammers with no system and just lying, please downgrade this shitty casino, please..!
40 days of pure lies and standard texts or no answers at all from these clowns in the casino.
I apologize for interrupting, but I am quite shocked by how frequently the same pattern occurs. I hope it will all come clearer in the complaint, because as long as complaints and forum posts are still active, players will notice, or at least I hope so!
I think more disgusting is the fact that casino.guru within 3-4 months seeing so much alerts from many customers of this "near to fraud" casino, don't want to reduce the high 8.9 safety index given to them. That's just strange. I will Never trust any safety index Painted here after this.
Yes I wrote already the same two-three times. The reason why they don't do it is a bit strange.
I wait now 7 weeks for fucking 100 Dollar 😀
The approach of this Piss Casino is scamshit, never seen a rip-off tactic like this..
3,5 weeks for 'provider request' (that 100% never happened anyway by nobody, just a tactic to scam) and now 3,5 weeks for KYC (2 Photos, very hard to control in 3-4 weeks or more 😀) .
I'm glad I didn't win more money at this monkey casino. I am sorry for all who won more then 500 or more of thoundands Dollar..
Agree with you 1000%, I’m waiting since 31 March for 7000e withdrawal, 1month for "fair play review" and 20+ days for KYC verifications and i was VIP customer… JOKE of a casino, they should be banned and sent to jail, all of them together with liar supports and useless KYC department!!! ❌❌❌ DON’T PLAY THERE ❌❌❌

I'm quite sorry about all this, to tell you the truth. These are terrible times to be waiting for money, and I wouldn't want to be in it myself. If I did get it, I would probably never come here again.
I hope this gets sorted out and works out well for everyone. 😥
You must downgrade this disgusting, dirty casino.
It's not the same as before; in fact, it should be downgraded to 0 and revalued from the date it was acquired. It has NOTHING to do with the old casino group and the offers/process behind it. Only the casino name remains.
Please do something, these fraudulent pigs must be exposed on the Internet and people must be urgently warned about this disgusting scam!
I think that's exactly what the forum and user reviews and complaints are for. Players know to alert themselves that all may not be well with the casino. We will do what we can according to our usual procedures.
Looks like your "usual procedures" are usually useless or at least they are too late. Seems you "paint" your ratings for you and for the casinos but never for casino customers.
I understand that anger and frustration are in place when players wait so long.
Anyway, every case must end so that we can say for sure that the casino made a mistake and did not pay out the player, or made some other fraud. Only then will the safety index change.
If you know how to do it better, so be it, you can make your own page and show us your methods. 🙂
We try to do best for players because without them we won't go far.
So every time we would try to do everything for casinos and favor them, it could backfire.
But the casino has NOTHING to do with the old Snatch Casino anymore, so why aren't all the old reviews before April simply deleted and a new review posted from that point on? It's like a new casino and it's just misleading people.
The fraudulent casino can, as is already the case, simply write under every complaint every two weeks for two years: 'We're doing our best and trying to speed up your payout' blah blah blah.
Then the case is still not closed, and no one can make a judgment. Why isn't there a one-month limit? Because anything longer than a month is already a major scam and has nothing to do with normal procedures. I and several others have been waiting for our money for two fucking months. Do you really think they'll pay out? 😀 And you're indirectly protecting it. This isn't meant as a personal attack, but the procedure does seem very strange.
At the very least, a note should be posted stating that the ownership has changed and that complaints have increased significantly since then. And this notice should actually be posted at all casinos owned by the previous owner, too. Because the owner, too, is responsible for his customers.
Because these ratings are bought and paid for. The new owners paid to buy the reputation of the original Snatch casino. Thats why they wont change it.
I still hope they don't. Sometimes I also have doubts, but I see the too much positive work they do and try to believe they aren't sold.
It is 100% the case. Why do you think askgamblers and casinoguru have different ratings for different casinos? Also notice how casinos with exclusive offers have higher ratings?

Actually, a change of ownership does not imply that the staff working in the casino or the rules governing it have changed; these are specifically the factors our Data Team considers when such changes occur. What we see here is the same for other casinos that have switched affiliates. These casinos continue to provide the same low-quality services. Sadly, as I believe someone already mentioned, the Safety Index is based on algorithms and statistical facts. Those facts say it was a poor experience, but the casino (and the others I mentioned) paid out.
That's pretty much it and I, too, would not play at those sites. This is why we keep the user ratings, complaints, and forum discussions in the same location, allowing anyone to compare those sources with the Safety Index before making a decision.
Though I understand that it is common practice to look at just one number... Well, I would personally prefer to lower Safety indexes for certain groups, but for that, my colleagues need unresolved complaints - aka facts. I fully understand that this rating is unsuitable for everyone. My personal advice: Please read all sources, not just one number. 🙏
