I made 3 withdrawal requests at Slotuna Casino on February 6th, 7th, and 8th.

Only one was paid, the other two have been pending for over 5 business days.

Support only sends template replies and gives no clear reason.

I used only my own money, no bonus.

Please help me investigate this issue. Thank you.

Couldn't the reason be that they have many withdrawals to deal with at once?
