I got my first withdrawal a week ago and I'm still waiting for the second one😏
Good day to you too! Though I imagine it could be even better given those circumstances... Well, you can lodge the complaint anytime you prefer, but it's fair to say that the CRC team provides each casino with 14 full days to pay out the money, because based on our experiences, decent casinos are able to resolve most issues within this time frame.
My hope is that this casino will not become an exception, of course. 🤞
Thank you very much for your interest!! I will then wait another week and then I will file a complaint!!!
Good day to you. I was hoping the complaint wouldn't be necessary, but just as I described earlier: if the casino is not for any reason paying you out within 14 full days, I recommend filling out the complaint form. I'd say there is no reason for waiting longer when it comes to complaining.
You can start rightt now by following this green link 👈👈
I'll help you if you could use more details; just let me know, please.
It hasn't been 14 days and they've also told me how much since the 1st withdrawal on 4/5!!! but the other 2 are from 30/34 and 01/05 and they still haven't been processed? Should I proceed normally or wait until 13/5??? Thanks
Well, the way I see it, it's going to be 14 days very soon, at least for the first one. Since you do not sound very confident with the casino's poor explanations, maybe it is reasonable to consider the complaint. It takes at least a day for the request to be reviewed. It would be good to keep that in mind.
That's of course your call and there is nothing else I can offer.
Is it somehow better now?
You are welcome. A few tips if I may:
It's quite easy to close the case once you have the money, so you don't need to hesitate with submitting the case at all.
And secondly, even if the money were to arrive partially today, for example, I would still keep the case open because each party, including the mediator and you, has 7 days to respond. This means that the initial time period of the complaint may also cover the other withdrawals, if I explain it clearly.
Good morning!!! let's start from the beginning. I won at this casino, a total of €4,500. The first withdrawal request was made on 30/04/2026 The first withdrawal was processed after three business days, from then on for 17 days I have not yet received the money from the other two withdrawals that the casino allows me to make, and of course I cannot proceed with subsequent withdrawals!! I have registered at many casinos like this but never, ever has the withdrawal exceeded 15 days!! I have filed a complaint for three days and am waiting for an answer because it is really the first time I am worried..... I also often chat with them in the chat and they do not tell me anything new do not worry but no one tells me when I will receive my money I feel very angry inside. have a good day again
Hello, I understand that such a delay feels almost unnatural, especially when this is the first time ever. Thus, I guess there is no point in focusing on the possibility of such a situation. Instead, I'd like to highlight that based on the previously paid money, it should be a matter of time and I hope it won't take longer than necessary.
When it comes to delays, chat operators rarely have access to specific details, but do not worry, the complaint was a smart step and we shall see what's coming.
I know its dificult situation and I get why you feel anger.
Good morning Radka, thank you very much for your help, from what I see, the money has just been credited to the account!!!!!! Now I will try again for another 3 withdrawals every 24 hours, now what should I do with the complaint, should I leave it???????
Good morning to you! It sounds promising! Given those circumstances, I would suggest updating the complaint about the money paid but at the same time leaving it open until the last portion of the money has been successfully withdrawn. Just in case something feels odd along the way. It's kind of inconvenient to submit three new withdrawal requests daily, I reckon. Therefore, it can be a good idea to let the process be covered by the complaint. What do you think?
