After getting the first withdrawal properly, the second and third didnt arrive, I have been waiting for more than a month and a half. I have contacted several times by chat and the third time i contaced they told me that I have to verify again. I send again my verification (id, video selfie, bill, etc) and they tell me that I have to verify the proof of address for a third time without giving me a reason, when I have already sent invoices.


I contact by chat again and they tell me that they have no more information and that they will inform me by email. They never send emails or answer them.
