Hi, we give casinos 14 days to pay a player. I know this is a holiday period and withdrawals can be extended for various reasons. Has the casino told you anything about the whole situation and why are you waiting so long? Are you already verified or is it not necessary? 

Anyway, I would probably go ahead and file a complaint since you have been waiting for quite a long time.

How do I file a complaint? I have withdrawn 500 euros since December 10th and I have not received anything. If I block them, they are not obliged to post it.

This casino is an absolute flop. You win and you want to withdraw, but now it's €2500 and you can only make three withdrawals of €500, so it seems like the casino is trying to use every means possible to make you lose your balance. I have rarely experienced such incompetent and unfriendly support as at this casino, you are fobbed off with standard texts and the terms and conditions are not adhered to, so really keep your hands off it.

Hello, unfortunately in some casinos this is the case and they have a rather low limit for withdrawals. 

However, did you get any money or not? How long does it take to withdraw 500? If it worked out so that you get the money in the near future it wouldn't be so bad, but if you had to wait, say, weeks for every 500, it probably wouldn't be the fastest. 

As far as support goes, what have you dealt with them specifically?

Yes, it is about 3x 500€ payouts. You can only withdraw 500€ per day.

I reminded support of the terms and conditions and everything, including that they had entered into a contract with me and had to abide by their own terms and conditions. Then the chat ended and that was it. There was no response to the support email. This casino is just bad. Sometimes they say there are technical errors, sometimes they say the department is closed and then the classic one - the payout department has too much backlog.
