i tried to write to license issuer about scoobybet, but they have not replied anything in 2 weeks. Curacao license issuer is as corrupt as casino that it licenses. i wrote to complaints@gaminglicences.com as Casinoguru is suggesting. Should i complaint somewhere else or what else can we do? I understand that money is already gone, but perhaps something can be done for future.

I just can't recall why I couldn't find your specific complaint, so don't mind me giving you a little refresh.

If you are not involved in sports betting, I'd say you should submit the complaint. If the case lies in sports betting, however, then I have to say, there is not much to advise aside from the steps you've already taken.

Additionally, many players have been waiting far longer for the response from the license provider, I'd say the current events support further delays, though. Have you heard👈 ?

i haven't opened a complaint in Casinoguru just because it is clear cut case. As you said, you haven't had a contact with Scooby. What would change if i open a complaint? They are already on some beach drinking pina colada, on our treat. It would be foolish to believe that after more than a month of silence they start communicating and give any of the customers money back.

I don't think you should ever give up and if the casino didn't try to resolve your situation, then it would get black points which affect its safety index. Therefore, it is certainly appropriate to open a complaint in such cases, even if the player does not get the money in the end. 

Here you will get more information that is useful to know in the context of a complaint.

It's really awesome to find something that you believe will show Casino Guru in the worst light, right?

We know that too, just waiting for the final confirmation from the license provider, because: now comes the important part "Curacao's new digital licensing seal comes into effect" Thus, the older validators won't be functional for quite some time.

Additionally, and frankly, we are close to marking the casino as closed or zombie, as far as I'm informed.


Which logic do you use to put things together, I wonder...? How does the term's fairness go together with casino closure? Nevermind.

users track the score and get scammed

It is not possible that other forums assign a rating of 4

and casinoguru rated 7.6 (two days ago rated 8)


for a casino that has evaporated

I think these ratings are the norm and are done according to a certain process. However, when you put two and two together, you will find that it is not from day to day that it will change. Our team that is in charge of these things monitors the situation consistently and does everything to make sure that the safety index is right. 

So thanks for the recommendation, but I think we will stick to our procedures.

When a casino fails to resolve a complaint, it then receives black points which affect its safety index. Just because you write that you had a bad experience, which may be true, doesn't mean that the rating will go down right now. The whole complaint process has to go through and when our team comes to the conclusion that the casino was at fault and does not try to resolve the complaint, then there are consequences. But I have seen that the safety index has dropped again, so if this continues it will only get worse for the casino. 🤔

The casino had a good safety index because there were almost no complaints against them and our team determined what it would be based on various other things. At the end of last year, the casino had its first unresolved complaint and then two more not too long ago, so there was not much to lower the safety index on. The more players who report and the casino does the same, the worse it will be for them. 

I even watched the user revies, which the casino used to answer too, but later stopped. Obviously something has happened, so probably not in the right direction. 

Of course it's fine that you wrote on the forum and shared your experience and I think other players will be happy for that, so that's it from my side.

There is no point to blame each other. We have accept the situation and try to get back our money. Could you as casinoguru to do something? Could you sent a mail or a letter to their X licence authority to explain the situation? or could you advise all us what can i do to find a way to get our money?

Hello. I am sorry for this ongoing situation. Our complaint team try to do their best to help players out thru their complaints, and do everything they can to get all the issues resolved. It is a hard task, of course, especially if the casino is not willing to cooperate. Which is the case in this situation, as we lost all the contact with their support. Also, unfortunately, for us to contact the licensing authority is not possible in the name of any player. Only you, as players, can do so.
