I had the same issue as the other players, contacted Support regarding this. It has been 3 weeks, no answer. I have played with real money, but no winnings were credited. Further, you CANT deactivate any active bonuses on your account. So you are forced to wager it, even if you don't want to. As I wanted to withdraw, the verification was simple and fast, but my withdrawal took 4+ weeks to be credited to my bank account. This is unacceptable.

I gave them one last chance after that withdrawal disaster, but the bonus issues came up. So no, I am absolutely blocking it. That is not really safe nor player-friendly at all. Other casinos would literally get fined for this kind of practice. Also can not understand why they are ranked here so high; they are really not playing by the rules.
