I would like to file a complaint regarding payments at Roostake, as I have been trying to withdraw cryptocurrency from my account for over a month now, and the casino has refused to pay. The casino is experiencing significant issues with payments and withdrawals, as they are extremely slow. I have attached proof with dates from a month ago, up until yesterday when I requested a withdrawal. I have been requesting withdrawals every day, but the casino refuses to pay. 

Quisiera hacer un reclamo acerca de los pagos en roostake, debido a que he querido hacer retiros en criptomonedas desde mi cuenta, y ya tengo mas de un mes que el casino no quiere pagar.. Realmente el casino tiene muchos problemas en tema de pagos y retiros porque demoran mucho realmente.. y aqui adjunto pruebas con las fechas de hace un mes , hasta el dia de ayer que mande a retirar.. llevo mandando a cobrar todos los dias, pero el casino no quiere pagar.

You can only withdraw in crypto, but they don't pay out. Card payments are unavailable, and when I contact support, a bot replies.
