Before depositing at Roostake Casino, I spoke with a representative who told me the minimum was 1 Pol. I deposited 39 Pol and they never credited it to my account, and on top of that, they haven't even resolved the issue.

Can you tell me if the casino told you in December or sometime after that why they’re rejecting your withdrawals? One of the withdrawals in the screenshot exceeds the amount you’re allowed to withdraw, so it makes sense that it was rejected. On the other hand, there’s probably something else going on here. Did you play with any bonuses based on the amounts you have there? If so, did you meet the requirements? Have you had at least some communication with the casino?
As I told you, I haven't received any response from the casino. When the chat was working, a bot would reply, always saying the same thing. Now you're telling me that one of the withdrawals exceeded the limit, but that's not the case. The withdrawal is through cryptocurrency, and its value fluctuates daily, so the cryptocurrency's value has to be matched to the site's currency. That's why sometimes it shows a few cents more or less, but that's irrelevant. The point is that 24 hours pass, and the withdrawal is automatically rejected. And it's not just me; as you've already realized, it happens to all players. And you, as Casino Guru, are to blame for promoting fraudulent casinos.

Ahora me dices que uno de los retiros supera el límite pero no es así ya que el retiro es atraves de criptomonedas y cada día el valor varía así que hay que igualar el valor de la criptomoneda al de la moneda de la página, por eso a veces se escribe centavos de más o centavos de menos pero eso no tiene nada que ver. Ya que el punto aquí es que pasan las 24 horas y automáticamente se rechaza el retiro y no solo es a mí como ya te diste cuenta le pasa a todos los jugadores. Y ustedes como casino guru son los culpables por promocionar casinos fraudulentos

Another thing is that you had an open complaint that you stopped responding to. I don’t really understand why, because then you can’t complain that the casino has the safety index it does, when in fact it’s mainly thanks to complaints that the safety index can go down.
So I don’t know if I should recommend the same thing again. I’d probably just say that you can try to reopen it, but since the casino hasn’t paid you for several months now, I’m not sure if it can be resolved.

Why would I file a complaint if they always ask for a little bit of proof and nothing ever comes of it? They never solve anyone's problems. I'm just sharing this so other people don't fall for this fraudulent casino that's only good for money laundering. Further proof that this casino is worthless is that they haven't responded to user complaints on this site for nine months.
