I have already submitted a complaint because it cannot be that you do not have to verify your account first, but when you request a withdrawal it takes 4 days until someone contacts you and you can verify your account. I deposited once with Paysafe at the casino and now they want me to send them all of my transactions from six months ago. Firstly, with Paysafe you can only see transactions from the last 4 weeks and secondly I don't know what it has to do with the casino where I deposit money.

Hi, what you describe is unfortunately quite common nowadays. Of course the best thing would be to verify beforehand, but that is not possible everywhere. Most of the time it's at the first withdrawal, but I understand that if you make a withdrawal and wait for it to arrive and after a couple of days you get a call for some documents, it's probably not the most pleasant. 

As for the transaction history of what you have to send, that seems like a basic thing to me. I see what you are saying, but you will have to cooperate to successfully verify yourself and get the money. So for me the best thing to do would be to write to the provider to see if it is possible to get the transaction history and send it to the casino. I can't think of anything better.
