Well, as far as I'm concerned... they paid me both at the same time. One from the 7th and another from the 14th. So, they paid me, and I hope they do the same to you soon. I had the VIP agent at every casino, and let's face it, a few days ago I told her to take a hike and asked her not to even take my VIP account, because between her job and nothing else, it was the same. A casino official just responded to my complaint posted on this page. His response: "We're investigating with the appropriate department. Just a month isn't enough, and I offer to provide any information or documents they request." This casino is unbelievable.
Hi, I have also some Withdrawals. 3x 500 as it was the limit as you know. 2 have been paid after 10 days, the 3rd is open now since 15 days. I think everyone knows that this is a crappy casino, so what do you think how long does it take ? I started flooding them with mails and chat (when available) E-Mails now all 3 Minutes. I thought they might get tired of it and send the money. But obviously, not now.
Does anyone have any good advice what to do ?
PS: Is there any information available which licence / number they use to write an official complaint ?
They even refuse, to tell me which licence they use. At least this case should be a problem for them with the licence authority.

Hello, if I may, the licensing authority won't help you with delayed payment the way you expect, I guess. As far as I can say, a more direct push from my colleagues through the official complaint works much better. The authority sometimes needs a month to even respond...
Flooding is also not the best tactic, as far as I can tell. It just makes the person dealing with your messages frustrated and eventually leads to ignorance. I can speak from personal experience.
Try to hold on and stick with the complaint you already have available. This seems reasonable to me.
