Today marks 18 days since I requested my withdrawals. I contacted them again via chat, and they told me the delay was due to requesting several withdrawals so close together. The finance department informed me that my withdrawals had passed all verification processes and would be processed in the next few business days. I hope so. I'll let you know what happened.
