What's up, they ate us?

I just received an email that they canceled my withdrawals. I’m still waiting on verification for my proof of bank statement ownership. This place is a joke. 15 business days I’ve waited. Over 3 weeks. WOW just wow.

In the end, we won't get any money.

Have they explained the reason why you should send it again, though?

Especially if you write to support, you probably won't hear anything... I wrote today to ask if the withdrawal will be made and what stage it is in... they replied that I should send the payment details again... I already received an email saying that the money had already been sent and that it would arrive in 3-5 days... but so far nothing has arrived

They haven't sent me anything at all.

I will file a complaint tomorrow if they don’t accept my bank statement after today. This is absolutely unacceptable. This is the worst casino I have ever played at online. I do believe it’s a bit of a Ponzi scheme. Where they just withhold players winnings for as long as possible. So they cave and play back all the winnings. I made a mistake and did not read reviews and pay out policy before signing up. If you win a jackpot like 100,000 you’ll never see your money for over 2 years. It’s definitely a scam and they don’t want to give you your money. And if they do pay you it’s delay, delay , delay until they have multiple complaints against them.

After 20 days I got my first set of withdrawals , now hopefully it doesn’t take as long for the rest of them

Oh yay! I’m so happy for you. That means that I have hope. How did you receive them? I requested e-transfer. I’ve sent my banking information over 4 times. In 3 different formats. The last one I sent to support and told them this is my official bank statement. What the hell do these people want?

and they blocked my withdrawal accessibility now. I was able to do 1 more withdrawal tommorow. I’ve been waiting

since June 18, because they made me verify my account. And I didn’t get my official June bank statement until July 6.

This thread shows that this casino is not doing well with players, so I would not hesitate to take the step. If I may, I appreciate you mentioning the rules and the policies; reading all beforehand is sometimes better than anything else since it may give you an idea about the possible payout rate. However, that situation is in the past; please do not be too hard on yourself.

I’m still waiting, I submitted a complaint today. Do you still have more that you are going to withdraw? They even blocked my withdrawal access. This is by far the worst online casino I have ever seen. Nobody is going to play with them again? They are just gonna keep withholding peoples money. Don’t think that they will be repeat customers after they’ve been treated so horribly?

I don't know anything about money either, I guess we lost it.

I got 1 withdrawal of 750.00. I don’t even want to explain the damn run around they gave me for that! Now I have to wait for the next 2 withdrawals. This is going to take a life time. I’ll be dead before we receive our money. Did you recieve any more of your withdrawals?

Actually they were fairly quick with 2 more withdrawals of $750, only took two days this time
