Hello, So Quick update. After an intensive weekend and sending many documents i am now fully verified since yesterday (i am impressed they did this in 2 days ) however.. they still didnt manage to pay me out. I dont get it, i wait since the 06.10., i received a message from the finance Departement that after the verification i will get the money, so i verificated and still nothing. 🙄

Passing the KYC is undeniably good news, though I imagine you probably feel tense. Hold on. Considering all you have witnessed so far, I'd say it is frankly quite obvious this casino is not holding its agenda pretty well. Another delay almost feels natural - I know how that sounds, but still, you've made a significant step during the weekend! I'm positive it will work out eventually!! Just one step each time...

Anyway, did you ask the casino why you didn't get those bonuses? Sometimes, unfortunately, a casino may not give a player bonuses for administrative reasons, for example. That's pretty common. But I would like to know if they gave you a specific reason. 

I also firmly believe that you will get the money and everything will be fine.

Hmm, then I find it strange that it is like this. If I wasn't to bonus entitled I would probably want to know right away and also some reason. But as I've mentioned before, it often happens that players don't get the exact reason why they can't have them, but it's just a generic formula from the casino. Sometimes it happens maybe when players manage to win a lot from them, that was also a case I have seen. I don't know if it was yours, but it just popped into my head.
