FYI everyone, managed to finally raise the chargebacks with Monzo, all of them. I even forgot about that money. Basically i have sent them all the links from media and told them that I understand that previously they didn’t raise the disputes, however since Mastercard issued statements that they will tackle the issue if they dont raise them i will be reporting them to the ombudsman for negligence.

Im currently in disputes with monzo re this. They are so difficult! Ive just found this on one of the casinos that I used . They cannot even spell Curaçao 😂. They are not licensed so sent this now to monzo asking to raise as fraudulent inducement and services not rendered as no legal licence to fairly utilise credits. So will see what they say now. file
