Thank you ... iv emailed both of those. As some of the information is old now I just wondered if there were any new leads
They can see you authorised the payments already. So yes you did. But you didn't receive the goods.
ZPDG you won’t get a penny back from
arctic innovations was processed by choicepay Canada I spoke to their owner on linked in. He arranged refunds
Can someone give me a basic idea of the best way to go about this. I’m trying to read through the thread but there’s a lot to get through, and I know some of my transactions were a while ago so time might be important
I’ve been gambling free for 5 years after losing a lot of money, and then a few months ago found out about non-gamstop foreign casinos and my life has taken a turn for the worse. I know I’m a gambling addict which is why I’ve self excluded from everywhere, signed up to Gamstop, blocked gambling transactions on my bank etc. I’ve lost nearly all my savings over the last few months, and have just been unable to stop. I’m convinced many of the casinos I’ve played at have been rigged, and there’s been a lot.
I bank with Monzo, but have made quite a few deposits via Credit Cards. A lot of the monzo transactions have been Falcora Finance or Payop transfers.
what should I do first, contact the merchants? How do I do that? I’m desperate to try and get some of this money back. I know I’ve lost it because of my own weakness, but I took steps to guard against that, and it just doesn’t seem fair that these casinos deliberately try to get around that and exploit pathetic people like me
Your gonna struggle with transfers I have payop and falcora and all they say is we are just the processor it's frustrating! Monzo won't help with gambling either.
Admin can you block this guy. This is about the 4th time of promoting casino offers on here.
Quick one Paul, did the payments go to this company or are they merely the processor? I'm going to pluck up the courage to speak to the bank again tomorrow, it doesn't half give me anxiety lol!
Thanks mate. Yeah it feels like transfers and Monzo are a terrible combo, so not expecting much. really shocked at how bad Monzo seem to be in terms of this, I’ve been with them for years and years, and they’ve always tried to position themselves as customer-focused and ‘ethical’
Even if I could get some of the credit card payments back though that would be something.
Awesome, thanks Paul. It is greatly appreciated! Do you have any experience with Bytlab at all? Or Onlined*g and multiple variations? Bytlab refunded me (only the smaller denominations). However I don't actually know who done it and the bank were no help whatsoever and had no clue who they were🤣
