It probably depends on the amount and the merchant.
I’ve seen a few about Terrvers challenging them. I’d wonder what they say £1000+ was for but.. I would assume you can try challenging the fake invoices but it depends how interested the bank is. A lot of banks don’t seem interested which is quite concerning
Credit cards were not a problem for me they raised it straight aways contacted merchant, merchant asked them to cancel dispute and would refund directly within 30 days I only done two transactions on the credit card tho. They were great about it because of there being more protection on cc.
It's a bit of both the luck of the draw they aren't shy of lieing about it that's for sure.
I don’t think we will ever find it tbh. I’m pretty good at finding 99% of merchants and payment processors but this is the once I have been unable to find for months. Various different addresses and locations. Different ways it is shown on statements. It’s incredibly frustrating
Pretty sure I found Terrvers last night, gonna give them a week to respond though for a potential refund before I go goods not received and then I can share info for rest to do the same.
Did you manage to get a refund? I’ve heard some people have been shown fake receipts by terrvers!
Did you manage to get a refund or a successful chargeback? I’ve seen some people be hit with fake invoices
