A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

can anyone suggest what is the best way to get the money back. I have tried emailing the companies and they have refused a refund saying they use third party providers so they are not responsible pretty much after I said about them breaking visa and Mastercard rules.

i lost my disputes with Revolut but I am yet to raise any dispute with Monzo as I need to make sure I get this right.

It is incredible that these casinos operate illegally in Spain. Without complying with any law at all.

They evade taxes by using false commercial codes.

In my case Malina casino.

It has a rating in this community as a very high security level and when filing a complaint they say it is not justified.

Can someone explain it to him???

Great to hear! What was the reason they did cooperate?

I had 2 complaints with Maximum.Casino

Both complaints were rejected

Unbelievable!

Unfortunately, your complaints were rejected because your case was old and our team is not able to get any relevant information about it anymore.

We are really sorry that we couldn't be of any help anymore.

okay guys, I don’t want to get ahead of myself here. But I think I have dug into a rabbit hole, that makes quite a few of my deposits valid for refund or chargeback. Let’s just say, the company who I supposedly paid are very shady.

question to you people from UK.. what is my move regarding lunapay (luna-pay.com I guess) from the UK.

"LunaPay is an Authorised Payment Institution licensed by the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA"). The license number is 935095."

miscoded transactions to bypass my gambling block and ofc no responds on emails. Is there anything I can do?
