A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

I got the exact same responses from GB I'm assuming a sister site. My issue is my biggest merchants are with these 2 casino I just don't know which merchant with which casino as my transactions won't go past 20days.

You can only view one 20-day period at once but you can go back years, just adjust the search parameters to the 20-day period you need to view (cross-reference the dates with your bank statements) and you should be able to see which casino is behind each transaction. I had to do the same a few days ago as couldn’t recall if the transactions were to MyStake or VeloBet.

Oh no, that sucks.

Perhaps file a DSAR (Data Subject Access Request) although they’re so unprofessional they may not provide the requested data.

Well last week I contacted GB as I self excluded myself in December last year and I told them I needed to view transactions and they removed the self exclusion immediately, funny that eh!

However obviously since complaining yesterday they've blocked any accounts under that group.

Hi guys, I got an email from one of the casinos to say they were gonna contact my work to say I’ve been committing fraud by doing a chargeback. I’m guessing this is just scare tactics but wanted to see if anyone else has had this?

It’s possible if the person has their salary paid into the same account as their gambling activity and they have provided bank statements.

To be honest I wouldn’t even put it past these ghastly criminals to actually search people on social media either to have ‘dirt’ on us so they can make these threats. That’s yet another reason I bitterly regret ever using these dodgy sites.
