In theory you should be contacting the merchants (I.e the names on your bank statements) first. But in reality they make it very difficult to get hold of them. So I’d contact the retailer (the casino) but they will nearly always reject anything you say, but you can show the bank that you tried.





I complained again basically saying that I was unhappy with the response and they sent this one back .....
ive not had a chance to reply yet, I'm also chasing the merchants including pixeleum who responded yesterday wanting statements etc.
