A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

In theory you should be contacting the merchants (I.e the names on your bank statements) first. But in reality they make it very difficult to get hold of them. So I’d contact the retailer (the casino) but they will nearly always reject anything you say, but you can show the bank that you tried.

The rule is contact the merchants and give them 14 days to resolve then you contact the bank

What everyone needs to realise is that you will never win on these sites you may get a win at first then they will slowly drain your funds its the same pattern on all of them mostly(some not even a win!) I have played them for years now the bonus rounds are rigged having got them from £1 up to £35 bonus rounds the £35 ones pay as much as the £1 ones its a joke they all use the same tactics I am such a fool to have fallen for it over the years even now I am slightly tempted I have only used them for one week in the last 8 months and lost about £15000 in that week the same pattern as it always is just stay away from them its not worth the hassle if you win big they will not pay you they will stall you and pay in trickles if you get money back never go back on again trust me you will go right back to where you were before or worse !

That's because, as I pointed out with established facts yesterday, they are committing fraud every time they take a payment from a debit/credit card and their goal is to launder as much money as possible through these sites. I can't believe that anyone is surprised if they don't get paid out or games are terrible etc when fraudulent methods are used to collect payments - simply a bunch of crooks who take a fools money...I have been that fool...but realise now that these people are simply out to steal your money under false pretences by disguising the fact that you have a tiny chance of actually winning, but even if you are fortunate enough to win they won't pay you most of the time or stall as you said so that you can fire most of it back in and more.

I noted before - IF you have to play on any of these sites then stick to Crypto only and go with the biggest most prominent ones under a licence that is actually worth the paper it is written on - the CEG licence is the ONLY Curacao licence where any kind of verification of games, fraud prevention and fairness takes place. All the other licences offshore are illegitimate in the eyes of VISA/Mastercard etc, so why should it be any different for players?

Think its time to name and shame some of these sites directly.

  1. Instantcasino.com - Lie constantly to players, take payments by transaction masking to booksellers in Nigeria etc. Literally fake games as well - Relax Gaming bonus buys cost 110 X, Relax buys are all 100X everywhere else.
  2. Mystake.com, Rolleto, Velobet, Goldenbet - They do respond, but normally to lie to you. Take payments by transaction masking in sync with their Russian owned payment company Payop.
  3. Instaspins - Another licence in Aruba which isn't even a real licence - take payments by masking transactions posing as legitimate firms such as Mydates.com - when you contact the merchants they all don't have a clue because it isn't actually them who have taken the payment - this is slightly worse than the other masking as they are actually using the names of full legitimate merchants without their permission to hide payments to go knows where.
  4. Kinghills - Same idea as Instantcasino.com but they are responsive at least - payments taken from all sorts of merchants but none a gambling merchant.
  5. Donbet - Same idea as Mystake - dodgy transactions as per usual.

These are sites I am aware of - there will be many many more - ALWAYS check the licence - if something is licensed in anywhere but CEG then don't play as you will have zero protections.

I agree with you 100% Crypto its hard to even find a decent one now though as the rogues have flooded the market with them.

These non gamstop sites are only there to drain your bank account thats why they do not challenge chargebacks, tell me anyone who has continued to win on them and I will call them a God ! they would let you gamble your house and your grannies house.

Stick to a line in the bookies if you need to gamble for amusement or a coupon I bought 10k of premium bonds and won £25 1st draw and I do the lotto £30 for over a months worth of tickets and ive won three numbers twice the online will kill you as you can never stop !

I got a copy/paste of that message from their sister site, you won’t get a refund unfortunately direct from them. Santeda are just the worst of the worst.
