I will do, if I can get anywhere. I’ve emailed Velobet directly and then IGA re Santeda and I’ll see what response I get. I was banned today (I assume this is because of my request to Falcora) but nothing has come through yet. I know there is a user in this group called Sutton who has had success and ended up with a settlement and NDA.

If you find yourself having any issues with Curaçao gaming companies or falcora finance listed on your bank statement, and you’re in the UK, it might be a good idea to reach out to your bank. You can ask them about Nucleus365 and their role in providing services to falcora finance, which is based in Canada. I've learned that Nucleus365 is actually a UK-based payment provider registered with the FCA, I would definitely reach out to them and let them know they have been involved in a illegal banking transactions and also get in touch with the FCA and file a complaint.


Ps. Make sure you get confirmation from your bank first before reaching out to Nucleus365.

^I’ve seen Nucleus365 mentioned a few times, how did you establish they were linked to Falcora? Are you 100% sure?

They are. Again, one of the accounts I paid into for Falcora, I did a check on the account and sort code and it’s linked to Clear Bank/Nucleus365.
