Livechat suddenly doesn't work for me and support doesn't work. I keep getting replies that my request is being processed. I saw that you have a complaint filed about the whole case and I strongly believe that the casino will respond and clarify the situation a bit more. It's all unclear, and when it's one technical reason, then another, and then another, I understand that it's not something you want to hear. I know that during the holidays the withdrawals are more difficult because a lot of casinos don't process them on those dates and also they may have less people which can cause more delays.
Anyway, I recommend not to cancel the withdrawal and leave it like that, because as I said, every time you cancel it and re-enter it, the processing time is calculated again, and when you see that it is a longer process at the casino, you don't help yourself at all.
I firmly believe that the money will get to you as soon as possible and if it doesn't, the casino will respond to the complaint and the situation will eventually be resolved.

I made a withdrawal of 200 and 450 euros and there was no problem. Now I'm trying to withdraw 420 euros and today it's been 10 days and they haven't given me any solution.
