Hello,
Oh, I now understand that it was a call followed by an overview of the cashback. I just do not fully understand how the license fits in. Did you ask to close your account because you found out the casino isn't licensed in your country?
You see, unless you specifically declare gambling addiction, the casino will try to change your mind because you are a paying customer and the VIP manager is not supposed to lose you. To let you stay, the casinos use special deals and bonuses as the leverage. If I am correct, everything was fine until you won and subsequently submitted the withdrawal request. Which gets us to the situation that no one from the casino responds to you anymore and you have literally no idea what is about to happen.
In my opinion, the fact that you tried to close the account should be considered beyond this new situation, and I still think that the block may be related to the KYC process. However, I have no idea why it takes so long or why they have been ignoring you. How can a player verify himself without instructions or cooperation?
I hope the complaint will help.
