The irony is I take the small wins because it's better than nothing. Years ago I would chase the big wins and believe it or not I never won a jackpot. Minor, major, nothing. $1, $5. $10. $20 bets Max bets. I never hit any ever in over 7 years playing.
I really don't think jackpots are random!
It sounds like it is! And when it comes to jackpots, who am I to doubt your experiences π
Hi, so its been 2 weeks since I won on their sister site. No movement yet on payment!
Hi!
Should I try to ask you about interactions with the chat operator or their support team? π
Hmm I think you probably know what I would suggest in this case anyway. Do you think you'll wait a while or take some action ?
They are late this time, here's their response.
Dear Customer
Thank you for contacting us.
Your withdrawal request has already passed the evaluation and verification stages. We are still waiting for the confirmation of the next available batch of payments. We expect to have confirmation about your payout soon.
We will gladly notify you when your payout has been confirmed.
Kind regards,
Ivan - Withdraw Support Agent - Old Havan Casino
I think if you have such feelings it would be best if you take a break or quit. Casinos always have an advantage over the player but I know I don't need to remind you of that anymore. If the casino has taken away all the advantages you had, it's probably not worth playing here.
However, let us know how it goes with the withdrawal and if you have any problems you know you can contact us. I hope you'll have money soon.
I'd hate to get overexcited, but it sounds good.
If I may, though, Jaro is really right when he mentions quitting this one. Having fun is one thing, but being at a disadvantage is completely not worth risking any money for.
Just saying. Have a great weekend π
I received 1K yesterday but they still owe me another from 02/14/2024. They maybe slow but they pay not like other reviews I read about other casinos with no payment.
Are you actually referring to High Country Casino, please? How long did you wait for the first one, if I may ask, and what payment method have you used there?π€
Yes High Country casino. I waited this time a little over 3 weeks for the first payment. Way too long and the 2nd overdue payment which was from Feb. 14 is almost 1 month on Wednesday. They paid the later win first and the earlier still pending. They sent it by bank transfer. Once they initiate the payment it only takes 1 day. It's the waiting period that is BS.
So I understand that you're not happy with such a long waiting time, and neither would I be if I have to admit it. You know that you can contact us when you need to, but so far I've had the feeling that even though you basically get the money later, you still get it in the end. So the only option is to stay here and probably get used to these longer times, or move to somewhere else where withdrawals will be quicker. π€·ββοΈπ‘
It looks like you won't get many withdrawals from here quickly, but if you get used to the fact that it takes longer but you always get the money in the end, it's better than nothing. The important thing for me would be that the funds always reach my account. I think it's probably similar for you, although I know you'd like it to be quicker. π
my mother! I'm getting scared with what I see, I also made a withdrawal request in old havana a couple of days ago and it hasn't changed its status, it has stayed in the request......
