That's unfortunate indeed 🙁. Well, in such situations, I usually recommend submitting the complaint. The issue is, we still give casinos 14 full days to fulfill the first withdrawals, just do give them enough time to verify the account, payments, gaming history, and so on,...

I'm sorry to say you need to wait a bit, I'm afraid.

Well I have to admit I was wrong about them. Old havana paid me in full both payments and did not split them as they originally told me. High country paid me one payment with another payment still pending.

I'm sorry to say that, but playing anything with RTP lower than 100% means losses, if the sum of all your withdrawals really surpasses the sum of your deposits it means, you are actually still the "winner"... Don't you think?

You know, it all depends on the combination of volatility, RTP bet amounts - partially on luck too.

I'm sure you've heard me saying: In the long term, casinos always win!

If the games are provided from the original source (servers) they are 99,9% original and genuine.

The slots and slot providers don't care if it's specifically you who won/lost or if it was someone else. Just imagine 10 players play the same slot and they make their bets. Everyone plays with 100 USD, so it's 1000 USD in total during the period of time. Then the slot will distribute 996 USD among them, but it will be distributed randomly. In theory, 1 player can win 900 USD, another one will get 90 USD, the third one 6 USD and 7 other players won't get a single win during their session.

That's an extreme example, but can you see the point? The slots need to distribute the money, but they don't care about your betting history. When I worked in an online casino, I remember a player who made the 1st deposit into the casino, 10 GBP. I remember the player won the jackpot of over 5 million pounds with the 1st deposit 😀

I received a check a week ago deposited it into my bank on Aug. 21. On Aug. 24 my bank notified me the check I deposited has NSF, Bounced on me and my bank withdrew $1000 from my bank account. I contacted the withdrawal department at Old Havana Casino and they said they are working on a solution. `Its $1000 how many solutions? Just send me another check that's good.

This is the first for me. I never had to deal with this situation.

They don't have $1000

non sufficient funds the check was returned

Their sister site High country owes me $2000 still waiting a month for that.


They keep telling me they will give me an update as soon as they know a solution from their 3rd party payment providers

Radka., the check they sent me was no good. I deposited it into my checking acct and then it bounced. My bank took the money back. I have been contacting them daily at old Havana. They are telling me that they successfully contacted their payments provider and they are waiting for an answer about why this happened and how do I get a replacement check in good standing. It should not take a week for this. I feel I am getting the runaround.

I'm shocked - like honestly!

I would never expect any casino to send a check when the funds are not available, or confirmed - or whatever..!

I feel for you, this is unbearable. I'm not sure whether this will be of any use but, the complaint is still available anytime! Good luck with that, I mean with both casinos. 🤞🤞

Still no movement on high country.

Well here we go again. I somehow won $1000 on Dec 19th 2023. The reason I say somehow because after my last year win I was cut off from all bonuses, comp points, specials etc. I have been depositing and losing 99% of the time but on this day I won $1000. Made a request for withdrawal. All documents have been approved prior to this win. Its been 17 days 14 business days, I have sent 2 emails to their finance department with absolutely no response back.

I also have a pending withdrawal from their sister sight at High Country casino of $1,877.69. Won this in Dec. 2023 also.

I sent the same emails to their finance department. No Response!

Radka, Today is 14 business days since Dec 19 2023 for Old Havana. I wrote 2 emails to the finance department as instructed by the customer service agents over the last 2 weeks asking them about when my pending withdrawals will be sent for Old Havana casino and High Country Casino. I received no answer from the finance department.

Any suggestions what I should do?

Must be a coincidence. But I just received an email last night at 10pm from them saying that my payment will be going out with the next batch of payments.

Should be payments!

Let's see what happens.
