I collected a bonus with a 70 times playthrough but it was a free spins bonus and only won the free spins 90 cents. I played it to 166 brought it down to $150 cuz that's the max cash out per their General bonus Rewards I was alerted that there were special bonus rules and the cash out was $100 fine with me. But that's not all I was now alerted I need to deposit $25 to verify my account after that I was alerted I would need to play it through five times in regardless of whatever I want on my own personal deposit I could have $50 of it to add to the $100 because $150 was the minimum cash out. I asked since it's my own personal $25 and say I win $300 I'm going to want to just cash out the $300 and not worry about the bonus and they said so what anything you deposit after this will apply to the bonus whether I like it or not. This undermines the very meaning of a free bonus I understand you want to verify my account but how is it my deposit used to verify my account all the sudden has bonus rules attached to it you wouldn't even let me cancel the bonus so I can just deposit the $25 and play. Also on the general bonus rules it says the required deposit amount is not fixed it's decided between the minimum cash out and the max cash out in my case it should have been $0 because if they don't give out free anything from their Casino it has to come from a third party the third party did not have the terms and conditions posted and the ones they did have with a general bonus rules in the general bonus rules state the max cash out which is $150 in the minimum cash out which in their Casino you must have at least $150 to cash out the difference between the two is zero.
