Nalu Casino VPN issues

i just fell on this comment on a nalu casino review page and i see that someone was playing there too and was being accused falsly too just like i was. When i read this guy's comment, i feel like i am reading my own experience.

So apparently i am not the only victim. This guy faced the same problem as me. Like i said i did not use vpn or disguise anything. The nalu casino just invented lies or created a fake proof to not pay me out, and the commission took their side of course, since they are being paid by them.

This guy made 3 deposits like me, won 650 euros like me, apparently is swiss like me and was accused of the same as me. I wonder if they did not mess our 2 accounts now...

I hope you don't mind I created a special thread for this situation. It appears that this particular casino is about to be published; unfortunately, its current Safety Index is very low, suggesting it is not an honest and fair site.

So I find this coincidence to be very interesting; it would be awesome to have the other player here with his complaint lodged. Perhaps you would like to get your issue investigated through the complaint?

I have contacted him by sending him a message, i hope he will respond.

And honestly yes, apparently they had proof i used vpn but i know i didn't connect using it, i just played normally.

I played on other casinos that same night since i won on theirs. I suggested to the commission i ask confirmation on those 2 casinos on which i played at that no vpn was used that night but they didn't want and didn't even show me the proof. Even the commission just copied pasted their terms and conditions, i received no concrete proofs actually. And i know for sure that they built up a false one because i know i didn't use vpn.

Just a few minutes ago, I responded to a player in a quite similar situation yet in different casinos. Perhaps you would like to see my opinion on this 👈

Truth to be said, an unfair casino won't very likely bother with thinking through the VPN uses much. 🙁 So, if they look for something to come up with to avoid payment, it could be the VPN. In my opinion, the restriction should be considered separately for everyone; the circumstances matter.

It's pity the other two did not help.

I read your message and i agree with you.

I was in the same case, they accept players from Switzerland so why would i use vpn to connect to the site. Not to mention that i never used vpn to play casino. I do believe that it was just lies to avoid payment. Like i said, i played on 2 other casinos that same night, which could have confirmed i did not use vpn.

A bad casino will always try to find excuses to not pay out.

And to me the commission wasn't professional at all and looked corrupted. They should have sent me the concrete proof of vpn use, but i didn't get anything, they just copied pasted the terms and conditions, just like the casino did.

I know they made a fake proof of vpn use because i know I'm innocent.

It's sad when casinos have to resort to this, and as Radka said, this casino will not be one of the better ones, but quite the opposite. It's a pity that we don't have it listed on our site yet because I believe that you would have avoided this casino too.

I searched firstly the casino on your site indeed but i could not find it, so i checked online and it looked average to me. Although, I decided to give it a try. But honestly, i felt weird about it, like i said in the past, it was weird to me seeing 2 same games appearing when we search for one.

The person who faced the same problem as me has still not replied to me. I just sent him another message.

Sure, but if you try such a casino, I hope it's always for a small deposit. Anyway, I see that you are not convinced, so I wonder if you will give it another chance, although I personally would probably not.

Yes i just saw it has a very low safety index. Of course if i saw that before, i would have never deposited. The worst part isn't that they didn't pay out because money comes and goes but it's to be accused of things when you know you are completely innocent.

The person still doesn't respond despite my messages. Hopefully he will connect there in the future.

I understand what you are saying, unfortunately if the casino is dishonest, then they will probably find any reason not to pay you. 

Again, I'll just refer to Radka and this casino is best avoided.

I was scammed by 286 claiming who knows what VPN and fake documents and other crap they come up with whatever and don't pay out winnings. Never play there

I might add that they still don't discuss rationally, they just say the decision is final.

If you have read, they invented same lies to me and scammed me 650 euros. I hope they don't feed their children with that money they steal from honest people.

I read your message, I hope no one ever plays at that casino.

The worst part is being accused of something you did not do, but you cannot do anything about it. Even their license giver did not give a crap... they just copy pasted the casino terms and conditions and that's it. I did not have any concrete proof. I have faith in life, karma will hit them back, soon or later, money come and go anyway.

Don't be discouraged, the internet is full of honest casinos, you just have to know how to find the right one.

May I ask how long you played there for?
