I have a serious problem with this site. They will not let me withdraw. I input an amount into the withdraw field and I get a red flag and the withdraw button doesn't work. I have played at lots of online casinos in the last but this is by far the stupidest thing I've ever seen. Requested they do it manually and do not get an answer. I have tried 4 different browsers and 2 different devices and it doesn't work. Every time I complain they ask for a screen shot. I have even sent videos showing how it doesn't work. Honestly if you want your money and want to even request a withdraw try someplace else. If the withdraw button doesn't work what does that tell you about what they want from players. I would like to raise a complaint and have lots of screen shots videos and live chat conversations that show how incompetent they are with loss limits, asking the same question over and over. These guys are an absolute joke please play anywhere else. You can thank me later 😄

Hello,

since your complaint is waiting for review, would you mind posting those screenshots here? Do I understand correctly that you just get some "error" but without a proper explanation (e.g. insufficient funds, daily limit reached, or anything that could give you a hint)?

Yeah sure here are just two the button doesn't work at all I also have videos if you need them

Well, the obvious problem is clear to me.

The error says that you've reached the maximal amount you can withdraw per day. So if you already have 1 pending withdrawal for US$10, this is probably the problem. Don't you think?

No that image is shows before you enter anything. I haven't withdrawn anything yet. This year, month or day. I can show you my withdraw history for the year if you like.

Here you go. I haven't withdrawn 10k this month( or any month) although it would be nice.

Hello there.

Now I see - that's strange.

The error you're getting is pretty clear to me. I think you should consult with the casino. Sadly, I can't do that on your behalf on my own. There must be some explanation.

If you happen to struggle to deal with the issue, come back and submit a complaint, I have no other suggestion, frankly.
