May I ask where did you get the idea to play in this casino?

They didn't ask him to cancel the 3 months old pending withdrawal, but they actually cancelled it. If I was in your position, I'd cancel it and request a new one. I don't think there's any 3 months long queue of pending withdrawals. There was probably a time when they didn't send withdrawals at all and they may payout some at this moment, because they don't want to make the new customers they have angry. They already may gave up on the old ones, because they know they're already angry, because they've been waiting for 3+ months.
They probably have this scam policy that they leave it pending for few months and they just cancel it automatically without informing the player.
I know the casino has already a very bad reputation, but we're currently preparing our own CasinoGuru blacklist and Maximal Wins is surely one of the clear candidates. This isn't about the casino being good or bad, fast or slow. Their policy is clear, it's a scam.
