Their term "technical issue" is clearly a tactic they use to provide no actual explanation.

This seems like a genuine review site, however, I am now questioning the credibility and authenticity of the publisher, "William Terry". I would imagine he is part of their casino group (Golden Mister, Lucky Mister, and all the other scam sites).

I also understand that the casino may have technical problems. But if it's happened 5 times, it would probably be a good idea to get a recommendation from them for what to do in this situation. Didn't you get anything but to wait or did they tell you something else ? 

Of course, if you get any new information, be sure to let me know, because I think it might be useful. 

I hope everything will be solved as soon as possible and these technical problems will disappear and you will be able to withdraw. 🙂

Absolutely a rip-off. I spent £400 and didn’t receive a single bonus, and when I finally did get one, it only paid out small. I’ve been using this platform for quite a while, and it honestly feels manipulated. I’m extremely disappointed DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Hello,

I raised a complaint to the above casino because on several occasions I have asked them to close my account due to a gambling addiction to which they would offer me a bonus or close it but you can just log back in at any time. I have received a €1340 refund but now they have asked for a Mastercard for the 2nd park of the refund. I have never used a Mastercard for a deposit. They won’t give me any more information.
