Scam website established couple months back (around August 2023). They take deposits any way, claim to only pay out via master card. They ask you to verify, and afterwards claim a 75 day investigation as you broke the rules. The rules that were broken is either betting more than 2 euro in slot or 50 euro in sports bet. One of their workers is a young girl who works for them and calls account holders of Luckymister or sister sites - I have most information about her if you can help me in identifying her please contact me on marcin93@protonmail.com. Your entire balance will be confiscated and documents uplodaded sold on the dark market. The site was created 2 months ago and operates fully illegally by Russian hackers, probably passing on their profits to the state. Do not register to it. It's a full blown scam, they never make any pay outs. Sister sisters are:

Lucky Carnival, Tropicanza, Golden Mister, Richy Leo, Royal Lama.

If you see anything about RUB (rubles) in terms and conditions, DO NOT REGISTER TO THAT CASINO!!!

Hi, I think that the safety index of this casino says it all and I would avoid depositing in it. Have you seen it too ? Also, the casino is not licensed, so it certainly doesn't add to its credibility.

As far as your case is concerned, did the casino tell you specifically what you violated ? Was it one of the two things you mentioned ?

However, I would advise you to file a complaint, although I don't know if you'll get anywhere with it, since I see that one has been filed against the casino so far and they haven't had any inclination to resolve it. If you would like to take advantage of this opportunity, you can do so here: https://casino.guru/complaints/all

Anyway, I would definitely say that this casino should be avoided and be careful before you put your money anywhere. I think you've learned your lesson too.

First they said they can't process withdrawal in crypto but I need to register a bank card which is strange. Then after doing so they said I'm verified, but after withdrawing they said I broke the rule. The rule was I staked more than 50gbp on a sports bet or 2gbp on a slot bet (not sure which). After which they said they will start a 75 day investigation (the site has not even existed for 75 days) and after logging in my balance was 0. On phone they keep ringing and telling me they got bonuses for me if I deposit more. This site is the biggest scam I've ever come across. They run a lot of other sites too.

I'm truly sorry to see another casino in the same tier you managed to find and play in. 🙁

Kindly mind both links to get some idea about the place.

I do not want to sound rude, but you have mentioned 3 casinos, all of which are unlicensed and have a terrible safety index. I strongly advise you to browse our guide called "How to Choose an Online Casino"

Please, try to play in more decent casinos to avoid bitter experiences. 🙏

I can’t get past this connection between Freshbet and Golden Mister, I think it needs exploring further, especially given the latter casino’s reputation.

I wrote to Golden Mister to ask where their License is and this is their reply:

OUTRAGEOUS COMPANY

I see that you are quite interested in such things. Do you think you're going to look into it more deeply ?

As for the license itself, you couldn't find it when you emailed ?

If it’s a question of integrity I will always look into it further!

Not sure what you mean about the email and the license. As you probably already know Golden Mister does not have a license and are sending out a dangerous message:

"Please, note that our casino operates in accordance with internal regulations. We are legal to provide our services within UK, and EU. All information, which is available for the players, can be found on the website, in the "Terms & Conditions" and "About us" sections."

I found this worrying but even more worrying that FRESHBET uses a co.uk url and players will be directed to Golden Mister by clicking on LOGIN.

Sometimes it's really nice to see into the depth of the information because the player can then decide for himself whether it's worth it for him to try the casino if something similar to what you describe is happening.

Nevertheless, at least it's nice that when you find out, you post it here and other players have a chance to see what's going on.

Also I tried the LOGIN and it took me elsewhere as well, it's strange to tell you the truth.

The truth is I tripped up and I want to warn others about the potential hazards in the hope they can make an informed decision whether to play or not!

I think the main issue is getting players (especially vulnerable players) to understand and take on board the risks associated with unscrupulous sites!

I have been asked by the CG team why I registered with unlicensed casinos etc, especially given my knowledge. The truth is I had never even thought about checking licenses and moreover I would not have had a clue what to look for if I did. (I consider myself mildly intelligent, I just had to remove the blinkers and see what is actually happening)

It is only since I started researching I discovered how untrustworthy some gaming / gambling sites are!

My hope is for:

  • Every licensed casino to display a valid certificate on the landing page that links back to the provider (it would be immediately obvious to players whether a casino is legally licensed or not)
  • A global standard for gaming and gambling sites to offer better protection for players (and rid the world of rogue sites)
  • honest casino reviews (there is clearly issues as some operators offer rewards for positive reviews (such practices are starting to surface)

Still waiting for a large sum, into 5 figures

I understand, and I think as long as it's infromative in nature and you're trying to show the players what you've stumbled upon, it should be okay.

As for your hopes, if I think they're spot on and fine, but partly unrealistic because there will always be casinos that don't comply with these things. That's why we also try to show casinos on our website that don't have such a high safety index, so that players are careful. However, this is not always the case and players only start looking at the information when something happens.

You've been waiting for quite a long time, am I right ? I think it has been mentioned in the past that this casino is one to watch out for and I'm a bit skeptical that you will actually get the money.

I would also like to suggest a complaint, but I am not sure if it would solve your case, since the casino has only one complaint against itself which it has not solved.

However, are you in contact with the casino ?

‘However, this is not always the case and players only start looking at the information when something happens’

⬆️ 💯 and that is why I believe a global standard MUST happen and SOON. It is obscene the number of rogue operators popping up all over the globe and if the operators using fake licenses could be centrally reported they would not get off the ground.

There is much to do and if I can put in my penny’s worth and it helps others then I will continue on my crusade!

I would be very optimistic if I said that it will happen one day, but I personally don't think so, even if I wish it the same. However, it is nice to see that someone is trying.

So I hope that one day we will get to such a situation where there will be only honest casinos with licenses and my opinion will be refuted. 🙂

Registered just to reply to this. Lucky Mister Casino are also withholding my winnings... a measly 150 EUR. I probably deposited 300 EUR so they are still in profit yet keep cancelling my withdrawal request due to "technical issues".

I will not give up pursuit of these people should it be required, and I will spend my own money to ensure they can no longer operate under this name.

Three withdrawal requests so far and all three cancelled.

Note the online reviews for this casino are positive... complete scam sites too, apparently published by British gambling journalists... my arse.

Hey!

For how long have you been waiting, please? I'm not saying your opinion does not count, but a technical issue might happen. Did you know we consider the casino as closed?

Well, what might be the cause of the delay? https://casino.guru/lucky-mister-casino-review

Since 16/01, however, every 2 days, they cancel the withdrawal request due to "technical issues", so I have waited 3-4 times now.

They are not closed. They are operating under https://luckymister77.com/.

Alas, my fifth withdrawal request has been rejected.

Hello and thank you for the information. 👌 I have already informed our data team about the update and they will start to work on it soon.

I can see you have successfully opened a complaint as well and I can say with my best believe, the complaint team will do their best to find out what this "technical issue" actually means. Hopefully there will be someone from the casino that will cooperate with them - which is also a tricky part when it comes to such a sort of casino. May I know where did you find the site? Would you say it was a reliable source?🤔
