I signed up to the site using the registration code and received the free wheels and when they ended I started fulfilling the wagering requirements to fulfill Rollover. It turns out that when I was at 94% of completing it, it didn't let me use any more bonus money (an error message "not enough balance" appeared) I was surprised to see that I had more than €200 in bonus balance. I contacted support via chat (it seems like I already knew what was coming) and they told me that the bonus was incorrectly credited and that there was an error in its configuration. Ao que eu respondi que isso não era culpa minha e eu cumpri todos os requisitos exigidos para completar a barra do bônus. Jogadas que fiz sempre a 0.20€ até conseguir chegar aos 94%. O que fizeram agora foi retirar o saldo de bônus e reiniciar o mesmo (Reset). E eu acho inaceitável visto ter gasto horas e horas sempre seguindo as regras para cumprir a meta do rollver. Eu registei todas as minhas ações através de print e vídeo. Agradeço a vossa colaboração. Não ativei novamente o bônus visto sentir que fui enganado e não é da minha responsabilidade o erro. I have already left the necessary prints in a complaint here on the guru to assess exactly what happened. But I confess that it is not easy to accept what happened considering that the amount I won in the free spins was not large, it was no more than €30 and I spent many hours spinning at just 0.20 to complete the rollover. I just think it's a "coincidence" and strange that I wasn't notified in the middle of the progress towards completing the rollover and reaching 94% and only then did a message appear saying that I had no balance (when in fact I had around €240) in cash balance. bonus and only 6% left to complete the rollover. Eles não explicaram em concreto o suposto erro, apenas indicaram que teria sido mal configurado o bonus, Eu já deixei os prints necessários em reclamação aqui na guru para avaliarem exatamente o sucedido. Mas confesso que não é fácil aceitar o sucedido tendo em conta que o valor que ganhei nas rodadas gratis não ter sido avultado não passou dos 30€ e estive bastantes horas a rodar apenas a 0.20 para cumprir o rollover . Só acho "coincidência" e estranho eu não ter sido comunicado a meio do progresso co cumprimento do rollover e chegar aos 94% e apenas aí apareceu uma menagem a dizer que não tinha saldo (quando na verdade tinha cerca de 240€) em saldo de bônus e faltavam 6% apenas para completar o rollover. Quanto ao País não tinha nenhuma imposição. Eu li os termos e condições do bônus, os requisitos para cumprir o rollover e segui as regras como descritas. Senti-me enganado e acho que o fizeram propositadamente. Isto tendo e conta que os ganhos nem são na realidade todo o saldo que ganhei mas sim o limite de saque de 50€. E penso que as horas que estive em frente não valem 50€, mas por uma questão de dignidade e boa fé eu quero que cumpram com o que está proposto. E começo achar que os termos e condições de alguns casinos já bem preparados para fazerem o que pretenderem, existe algumas congruências no que diz respeito à responsabilidade.
