I think you're constantly mixing two things. 🙂

Usually, there are separate T&C applied to any kind of bonus money, promo cash, and so on. Those funds are freely given to you by the casino so it's up to the casino to handle the rules. I can imagine that if you act with disrespect or start abusing operators, the bonus funds are voided.

The second thing here is the possible account closure - it does not mean your balance will be ultimately voided.

And what it's more important, the support did not mention your casino account with real funds:

I also personally think you do not like playing in the casino, you just try to find every problem you can.
