I don't have to block my game on all casinos now, the most important thing for me right now is to get my money back, if I get my money back I won't go back to this casino or any other casinos, it's just a lesson for me and that's it, and I won't play anymore.

As Radka already explained before, from our experience with this casino, it really doesn't look very positive, but I don't want to get to any conclusions yet.

Be sure that our complaint team is here for you and every other player in a similar situation, ready to help and do everything possible to get the complaint solved.

On the other hand, if there is no communication from the casino side, we are not able to do more because if the casino is not willing to solve the problem, our hands are unfortunately tied.

Please try to understand our position as well.🙏

Well, I was not asking for your email and I belive it is not vise to share it publically, Feel free to edit your post and delete the email address.

As I previously mentioned, you have an active complaint against this particular casino, so the user review is not a tool to address the issue within the casino. Please do not push this too far on the forum; I know you are on the verge, but even our outside consultant could not reason with you. It will not help you if you say you want to die. I realize it is a thought, but it is true.

Please feel free to read the earlier posts again. You might not gate the money at all; please be prepared to accept that possibility.

I understand what you keep posting; just make sure you too understand what we have told you so far. 

As previously communicated, kindly seek professional help. Try to find someone to help you face the consequences - give it your full effort, since the complaint needs some time to escalate and, as being said, the good outcome is very uncertain.

You really must be prepared to deal with it. Please do not waste time on hopes. Prepare yourself. Even if, by some sort of miracle, the money would come to you, I'd say you need to put your life together again. From a longer perspective, this is not a healthy way to live.

I understand but you just don't understand if I lose this money I won't have anything to live on and pay for my apartment and other needs I won't go rob someone to get money, for me this will be finish.

I don't understand why guru not show no site my review and today is 3 weeks when I don't have my withdraw, when anybody can help me , do you want contact with gorilla, if yes when , I know nothing

I have money only for two weeks,maybe two and half , later I can't pay my bills and rent 😔

I never thought somebody can robbed me .

Of I received my money , never again any casino, I almost lost everything , maybe I lost I don't know becouse still don't have nothing🙁
