I don't see any active casino representatives here on the forum. They can react at any time though.

If the casino will not resolve the issue, we need to wait for our complaint team to start investigating, and until then, there is nothing much we can do with this situation. I can understand how frustrating it must be for you, especially if you believe that you haven't done anything wrong. Please stay patient.

It's a real disaster and I don't recommend anyone to play at Futureplay.

After four days, I was asked to take an additional selfie in which my ID, elbows and face had to be clearly visible. But I only found out about this after persistently insisting.

I suspect that they are playing for time and speculating that their payout will be cancelled and lost.

At least the player protection settings (bet limit, session limit, etc.) are reasonably okay.

Still, the waiting is extremely annoying 😕

Hey. After all this, you have finally received your money, right? I saw that in your complaint, actually. That is great.
