The casino didn’t told you the money has been sent, I told you that. What if I didn’t told you that? You had to investigate already. So because I’m honest I have to wait another 2 weeks. And like you said its already 3 weeks now. And the casino is lying 2 times, first about the reason and second about paying, they told to pay in 3 days its now more than 9 days. Those are not opinions but facts that are proven.

I won't repeat it all again. Please acknowledge what I explained. The complaint is mainly about providing important information, what is so special about the fact you shared an associated email providing information about the money, or rather, that the refund has been issued? This is a standard part of the complaint.

But I will try to get some insight into this case, ok? I understand that it must feel weird. Will get back to you as soon as I get to the bottom.

Hi, as far as I can see, the casino contacted us and claimed the issue has been resolved. Then you confirmed it later on in the complaints section. What's the issue then? Do you think we should punish the casino by lowering the rating anyways? That's not how it works. You can read more about how we approach player complaints here.
