Holy HECK!! $18 fee on a $100 withdraw??

Someone needs to explain this to me.

$22 2 days ago on a $400 withdraw.

How do we know what the fee is going to be when we W/D?

Is this standard? Does it depend on the site? Country?

I feel like Im being ripped off or taken advantage of. The Blockchair shows ONLY $3.62 in fees...so the site kept the other $15??!!

Hi, where did you have this experience and I mean in which casino ? 18% fee is quite a lot in the example you mentioned first. However, I think that similar information should be included in the Terms and Conditions or you should definitely try to ask the support where you can find information about it or let them tell you directly. I know that fees are normal in some casinos, but I wouldn't say they are that high. So the best thing to do is to ask them straight there. Let me know when you find out more.

Lucky Legends. I have reopened a complaint about them. The whole situation is extremely bizarre.

In that case, I'll keep my fingers crossed that it can be resolved. Anyway, as I asked, does the casino have anything written anywhere about fees ? I think such things should be included in the Terms and Conditions. Regardless, I hope everything will work out in the end. Let us know how it goes.

Just found out that it was indeed not LL who sent this payment but another "Open complaint" that sent it to me. $96 short, at that. No confirmation email or anything. Just lands in my wallet no idea who it came from w/o doing some serious digging myself. And its short.

Well, not much I can add since it is all pretty weird...

If you're lucky enough to find some clues, make sure to share your findings, please. 🤞🤞
