Ich schicke mehrer Screenshots von meinem online banking bankkonto, mit finanzübersicht, umsätzen vom 16. April und detallierte ansicht von allen einzahlungen vom 16. April an bobcasino. Dann verspiele ich alles und heute früh frage ich im live-chat warum auszahlung immer storniert wird, erst sagt mir der support es geht um eine einzahlung vom 16. April, die nicht über online banking gemacht wurde. Ich schicke wieder alle fotos von dem Stichtag von meinem online banking, ich zahle nur über online banking ein. Dann folgt einsicht "ok es scheint so alles in Ordnung zu sein, bei der nächsten Auszahlung sollte alles glatt laufen". 😀 (Bilder von den live-chat dialog habe ich als beweis).

Honestly, I'm not entirely sure whether the chat operator made a mistake while confirming no other docs will be needed because the way I see it, another department takes care of the account when the withdrawal is submitted, meaning the proof of deposit is in question. BUT, as I say - this is just another question.
Additionally, casinos usually don't accept a cropped screenshot, only unaltered full.pdf showing the owner's full name plus address are accepted. That is normal and reasonable, I'd say.
