Okay then, and what you were supposed to deposit was a verification deposit ? I find it strange that you would have to do it twice to get it out.

When I look at the screenshot of the "withdrawal task" is it that you have to deposit the 300 and 1000 ? The best thing to do would be to text someone from the casino and not a bot because you probably won't get far there.

Also try to explain the situation in more detail in your complaint, otherwise Dominika won't be able to help you.

Can you handle it ?

I'll try one last time. If I ask something in my answer, it would be good to reply to it.

So read again what I wrote yesterday and try it. You still haven't written anything in the complaint either. The green letters again in my previous reply will move you straight to it. If you do not describe the situation and explain what has happened, Dominika will not be able to help you with what you have written so far.

Thank you.

I recently played slots 777 with there $50 free play & won over $30,000. I messaged the person on Facebook silent storm who set up my account & they said I had 48 hours to deposit $99 to be able to withdraw my jackpot. Thats suspicious, right?file

If you help why many questions? You don't have no more questions.

Most likely because cooperation is a must if you want Casino Guru to help you out. Are you familiar with how our "help" works? Let me explain:

"Step 3: We write a complaint description for our system and ask the player any additional questions to understand everything well.

Step 4: Based on everything we know, we try to give advice to the player to see if the situation can be resolved easily, without contacting the casino."

At this moment, we are trying to understand if this is anything for the Complaint Team. Please respond to this:

Didn't you try to check the Terms and Conditions to see if there is a maximum cashout for this kind of thing ? Or even ask the chat ? I wouldn't find the deposit so strange if it was a verification deposit, but I'd check that too before I put money in.

If you do not assist us in determining which limits had an impact on your play and whether the deposit is required for payment option verification, we will not be able to assist you very much. Which is both quite common.

We shall wait for your response.
