Has anyone got an answer about what happens if you can't execute in Malta? Is it all over with ongoing proceedings in Malta that have now been rejected? Or is the title still valid?

A question about seizures? Where do you want to seize? According to the lawyer, this must always be done where the company is based. Even if the casino is on the whitelist in Germany, a lawsuit is filed there, in this case Malta.

It was also clear from the judgments that the proceedings were repeatedly postponed or not recognized by public odre.

Yes, one says it this way and the other says it that way. My lawyer says you have to file the lawsuit at the company's headquarters. Maybe only then will enforcement take place somewhere else??? The title only applies against the subsidiary against which the lawsuit was brought in the case of Stars, i.e. against TSG Interactive Gaming Ltd. In Germany they now simply offer under REEL Germany Ltd. legally. If they have deposited something in Germany then it is certainly under REEL Germany Ltd. and not under TSG Interactive Gaming. It's just a shame that such corporate constructs are accepted. The question is more likely why the German state puts companies on a whitelist and allows them to offer legally even though it knows that they are flouting international law, ignoring court rulings and not meeting their payment obligations. The German government is probably just as corrupt as the Maltese one. In the end they will simply dissolve this TSG, all creditors will look through their fingers and they will carry on unmolested under a different name. I also know of cases with other providers where the parent company was also sued against them but lost because the General Terms and Conditions say that some subsidiary offers the illegal casino and not the company that is in the legal notice. Just kidding...
