Since LeoVegas is mentioned there, I believe I have something to say about it since I worked in the casino. I'm not sure about the current situation, but LeoVegas used to be a great, fair and polite casino full of great professionals.

If the fight of those 2 lawyers will be successful, German and Austrian players may lose access to very decent casinos forever. The same thing happened in Czech Republic, but it was quite a small market for the casinos so they just gave up and stopped accepting players from the country. I feel like Germany and Austria are more important markets for them so they'll fight.

I always look at this from they players perspective. Players should always have the freedom of choice. I don't like the idea of forcing German players into playing casinos with lower RTP, restrictions that the government set for them (no autospin, 5s+ rule per spin, max deposit per month, max. bet etc).

They should focus more on punishing casinos that willingly misuse vulnerable players and try to get as much as they can from them despite knowing about they're gambling issues. Those are the players that need the government's protection. Not someone who earns 20k eur per month who's being forced to bet the same small bets as someone who maybe earns 10x less.

If the casinos paid all their debts, they would have a better chance of not losing the German market, but they don't! As far as I'm concerned, gambling can be banned worldwide!

what is it actually like when someone continues to play with another provider B after filing a lawsuit against provider A because the addiction is increasing? Will it come out in court or can the defendant prove it / can casinos illegally exchange such information with each other?

a lawyer once told me that you should definitely no longer play with the same provider, but if there is no other option, at least with another one.

Online casinos are all criminals. You do what you want. Minipulation capped winnings you withdraw a payout you always lose.....

These scammers have to be punished with all severity. But the German state makes money from it and that's why they won't ban it.

I can't understand it either and believe that some people have been executing in Malta for 2 years.

You can sue the management all over Europe for private ownership, MrGreen will not get a new manager every year, nobody does something like that voluntarily.

There is much more if the execution should not work, you can still execute many things such as MrGreen Google Play and AppStore APP, domain, management etc...
