Hi, if you are interested, you can start such a thread and players can post their experiences there. But for each player the withdrawal at any given casino can be different and they may not all go through the same process, so it can be tricky from time to time. Have you tried to see if players mention this kind of thing on the forum, because I think that such a topic is already somewhere. 🙂

There, you'll find a list of prohibited countries, and the list is enormous. I'm showing it as an image. It would have been more practical and concise if they had just listed the countries allowed to participate.
I see that you're from Germany. Unfortunately, your country is also on the list of prohibited countries, which means you won't be able to use this casino's services.

Yes I've seen it and it's a great observation. This kind of thing is always part of our casino review. So when a player has a country set up, he can always see if the casino is accepting players from that country or not. You are right that this list is quite large and therefore probably many players will not be able to use this casino. I was wondering if it would be possible to use VPN there, but of course you should always check with the chat to make sure if it is possible and take a screenshot if it is. It might also be part of the terms and conditions, so you might want to check.

Well, the thing with the license isn't even far-fetched because I can't see the license either. Neither in the mobile nor the desktop version. It's always at the bottom. If I scroll to the end, I don't see a license. However, this casino is listed as licensed on Askgamblers, very strange.
So one of the reasons why I think the slots are fake is because I didn't see a license and I've been playing the same slots in casinos for years. In Rise of Olympus, for example, the images are very strange, as are the spins. I've never experienced anything like that in the slot before, I can't describe it exactly. However, I don't want to accuse the casino of anything; the thing about the fake slots was just my thought, but it doesn't have to be right.
Since I can't see the license, I wanted to have my account verified in advance so that there wouldn't be any problems later. The verification is a disaster. Even after 4 days, they still can't check my documents. In the live chat they say they'll forward it and I should wait 5 minutes in the live chat, then they say it will take a little longer and I'll be informed by email. I never get an email though, I've been waiting for 5 days now. I've just written an email and asked the casino to close my account permanently and delete the documents. It's all too unsafe for me there.

also das mit der Lizenz ist nicht einmal weit hergeholt denn ich sehe die Lizenz auch nicht. Weder in der Mobilen noch der Desktop Version. Sie ist ja immer ganz unten zu sehen. Wenn ich bis zum Ende scrolle, sehe ich keine Lizenz. Bei Askgamblers ist dieses Casino allerdings als lizenziert gelistet, sehr merkwürdig.
Also weshalb ich denke, dass die Slots gefälscht sind liegt unter anderem daran, dass ich eben auch keine Lizenz sah und ich spiele seit Jahren immer die gleichen Slots in den Casinos. Eine E-Mail bekomme ich allerdings nie ich warte nun schon seit 5 Tagen. Habe soeben eine Mail geschrieben und das Casino darum gebeten mein Konto dauerhaft zu schließen und die Dokumente zu löschen. Das ist mir alles zu unsicher dort.

Oh, thank you so much for the info. Great, of course I didn't read that beforehand. I've already deposited money there, but luckily not very much. Well, they could have told me that in the live chat when I asked about the documents I uploaded to verify my account. Not a word was said about it. One more reason to put this casino on my personal blacklist 🙂 good thing I asked for the account to be closed by email. As soon as the casino is listed here, I'll give it a rating

Well, I've just had a look. This is what the ridiculously long list looks like for me (see picture). Germany is not listed as a restricted country for me. I don't understand that. You can see the restricted country, but not me? Very, very strange. That can't be legal.

Your country, listed as Deutschland and not as Germany, appears in the list. I’ve encountered a common phrase that if the rules differ in various language versions, the English version prevails. However, with the latest screenshots, both of us have been reading the German version, but we see the rules in different ways. This is probably due to our different geolocation.

I just want to say that it is not always that a casino without license is a bad one, though. Just sometimes online casinos don't want to pay the money for the license and be controilled. That's exactly what I did 😀 I then switched to the English version, but my country still wasn't listed. But I still don't understand it, blocked countries should be freely visible to everyone, no matter which country they come from.
I confronted the casino and showed them your screenshot and one from my perspective. They didn't know what to tell me. They only gave me this email address:
I was supposed to contact them by email with the problem, which I did and 5 seconds later they blocked my account in the casino 😀 but it could also be because I asked for it by email beforehand. If so, then they responded very quickly. Maybe the email address will help you too.
Genau so habe ich es auch gemacht 😀 habe dann auf englische Version umgestellt, mein Land stand da trotzdem nicht drauf. Verstehe es aber dennoch nicht, gesperrte Länder sollten für jeden frei ersichtlich sein, egal aus welchem Land man kommt.

Ich soll mich per Mail mit dem Problem an die wenden, dies tat ich und 5 Sekunden später haben sie mein Konto gesperrt im Casino 😀 kann aber auch daran liegen, dass ich vorher per Mail darum gebeten habe. Wenn, dann haben sie aber sehr schnell reagiert. Vielleicht hilft dir die E-Mailadresse ja auch weiter.

But the verification process is very tedious and they don't verify you; you don't even get an email asking if you're missing any documents or if everything is OK; you really have to go to the live chat for every little thing, which isn't very helpful. Well, it doesn't matter now anyway, my account has been blocked.

Aber der Verifizierungsprozess ist sehr abmühend und die verifizieren nicht man bekommt nicht einmal eine E-Mail ob noch Unterlagen fehlen oder alles ok ist man muss wirklich wegen jeder Kleinigkeit in den Livechat, welcher wenig hilfreich ist. Na ja jetzt ist sowieso egal mein Konto wurde ja gesperrt.
