When the timer goes off for the first time, we will extend it for another week and if the casino is unable to respond, the complaint will be closed and the casino will be given black points and its safety index will be lowered.
Unfortunately, sometimes that's not what the players want, but if the casinos don't cooperate with us, it's hard to resolve things. 😕
