Either than that, they have a good selection of games but could care less about player loyalty. I wasnt even offered anything when i said i was leaving. I cost them $5K and they hated me for it.
After the 3rd time going through verification, withdraws got better.
After having a $5K+ withdraw, my loyalty bonuses, weekly bonuses and depositin bonuses vanished. I was told to deposit more money and eventually they would come back.
They dont honor their own bonuses which are listed on their own platform.
Verification is more of a quest than a process. They will find any and every excuse to not verify you in a timely fashion.

I signed up and activated the no deposit free spins code I found here at casino guru. There was no direct link to the game from the activated bonus so I used their search function, but it found nothing. The bonus spins were for a bgaming slot and it appeared the only slots I could see were for rival slots. I contacted their support and was immediately attended to by a support bot that wasn't able to assist but alerted a real person who did assist by providing a link to the slot, and even added another 10 spins to the bonus which was nice.
I was able to access the slot via the link provided by support but once there the slot appeared as a tiny picture in the centre of the page, far too small to see what was going on.
