Hello, today I wrote again in the morning with the online chat and they wrote me to wait until the end of the day, that they are working on withdrawing from the contract. That I will get 100% of the money.

But nothing happens. I also took pictures of the screen pages.

They wrote that I don't need to have the account verified. I played without a bonus.

Good morning...I instead made a withdrawal of 311fr from 04/25/2024...I contact them every day in the online chat and they always tell me that you have to wait and be patient...many days have passed and still none news of WITHDRAWAL PROCESSING....I'm more than desperate now!...I also want to point out that I've already made 3 withdrawals with this mess but I don't understand now why they do it like this...can you kindly help me...I'm desperate and I don't know what to do anymore

However, what does that mean they are working on withdrawing from the contract please? from which one specifically? The casino keeps repeating the same thing over and over, so I would seriously think about filing a complaint, so if you are interested in my previous answer, I have posted a link where you can file one.

It's good that you have some screenshots and if you need them, you would use them in the complaint.

I think that would be the most sensible step, since you can't keep moving on.

Hi, I can see that he is in a similar situation as the player in front of you, and I don't envy you for that. We give the casinos 14 days to resolve the withdrawal, but I still see that you've already filed a complaint.

Did the casino not tell you why it is taking longer than usual ? It would be good if the casino itself would comment on these cases, because just telling you to be patient is probably not enough.

Good morning... practically on Saturday evening I contacted the chat for the last time.. and now they reply with simple COPY AND PASTE, saying to be patient and that the withdrawal is almost at the end of processing... but nothing is moving!... in short, no reason for all this

I won 750AUD on Crownplay Casino over 2 months ago, I went to withdraw the funds to my account then found I could no longer access my account due to verification requirement, I sent the required documents to the email provided but haven’t heard anything since, I contact the 24/7 customer support but they are no help at all

What should I do, is it just a scam and I should give up or keep waiting ?

It would be great to see their progress soon. Based on the fact I found in your complaint, previous payments took some time, yet they made it through eventually. To me, it sounds like the casino is experiencing some sort of delay. Of course, using copy/paste responses is not pretty friendly or useful, but casino employees usually use this approach when they wait for further updates. 🤷‍♀️

Good morning...I can confirm that the 311fr winnings arrived in my bank account today...I would say 11/12 days since I made the withdrawal

If so when entering your bank details

It asks for a clearing number, would this be my banks swift code?

And a Iban or bank code, would that be my bsb and account number together?

Clearing number is your bsb and account is your account number, Max withdrawal is $750 here...I stopped playing here once I got my money...but I religiously play at Woo casino and casino Chan as they allow Aussies to play pragmatic slots...super fast withdrawals..don't put any more of your money into this place..that's just my opinion.

My withdrawal took 14days, too long for me, I don't have the patience for that lol hopefully you get your money sooner, rather than later, but as you can see from this thread, you'll be joining us with that wait😂

sorry to be a pain but i was speaking to my bank and they said you would need the swift code in there for an overseas transfer..?

But your saying where the clearing number was you used your bsb and where it says IBAN or bank you used your account number? Cheers

No you don't need a swift code, I don't know where the bank got their info lol but I've made withdrawals at multiple casinos with the same layout for bank transfers and not once did I enter a swift code.

Just enter it like I told you and submit it...did it not work when you tried?
